We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Receptionist cum Barista to join our organization. This full-time position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, with a primary focus on reception and campus management duties, complemented by occasional barista tasks.

Reception and Campus Management Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Provide attentive and personalized service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest requests efficiently. Assist with the receipt and distribution of stationery, mail, parcels, and other items.
• Campus Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for all users.
• Communication: Relay messages to the appropriate manager or salesperson in charge and support team members during peak operations as required.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake any additional tasks as assigned to support the team and maintain a high level of service.

Barista Responsibilities:

• Barista Tasks: Prepare simple beverages such as coffee and tea for guests and staff as needed.
• Basic Barista Skills: Familiarity with basic coffee preparation techniques and ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in reception or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Ability to multitask and maintain excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to teamwork and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Basic knowledge of barista skills is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
