We are seeking a talented Receptionist cum Admin to join our dynamic team at ZT OVERSEAS PTE. LTD. in the Geylang Bahru Central Region.
This role reports to the HR and Admin Manager and is in charge of the following:
Responsible for the smooth running of the office reception, receiving and operating the telephone system, answering and managing the incoming calls;
Responsible for meeting, greeting & directing visitors;
Evaluate and assist with walk-in customer requests or enquiries.
Perform mail franking service, maintain & update all mails, messages & distribute to the respective personnel;
Collect, sort & distribute all incoming parcels, magazines & mail;
Assist in general purchases like stationery/sundry, printing of name cards and other office supplies;
Coordination for meeting rooms;
Assist in other routine administrative tasks;
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
A-Level / Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in Chinese and English is highly preferred.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri).
