Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer and direct phone calls.
  2. Welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
  3. Attend to walk-in visitors.
  4. Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  5. Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors.
  6. Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
  7. Keep track and update the phone list on a monthly basis.
  8. Assist the HR Operations team in administrative tasks.
  9. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  3. Strong phone skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
  5. Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  7. Punctual with a strong attendance history.
