Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handling day-to-day front desk duties including answering phones in a professional manner, forwarding calls, and responding to enquiries. Attending to visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  2. Coordinate dispatch requests and arrange for delivery.
  3. Attending and sorting daily incoming mail, parcels, and newspapers.
  4. Office pantry procurements including administration of the café machine and ingredients procurement. Coordinate and raise purchase orders for monthly office pantry supply.
  5. Assist in general office administration, e.g., administer weekly pest control, arrange lunch transport, electrical meter reading, and raise internal billing monthly.
  6. Assist walk-in customers or logistics agents in purchasing or collecting books.
  7. Assist in letter-shopping of flyers.
  8. Handle daily corporate email.
  9. Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  1. Minimum qualification: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
  2. Experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  3. Experience with administrative and clerical work.
  4. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  5. Bilingual candidates preferred.
  6. Able to work as a team, helping with various tasks as assigned.
