Job Description

  1. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk and lobby.
  2. Accountable for all activities at the Reception desk.
  3. Mentor and coach every team member.
  4. Conduct training needs analysis and identify competency gaps.
  5. Prepare and update duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
  6. Responsible for cashiering functions transactions.
  7. Monitor, respond and follow-up timely to both guest and internal email.
  8. Ensure all guest requests, complaints, and feedback are well-documented.
  9. Review and analyze guest satisfaction surveys (GMS) and feedback.
  10. Room inventory and assignments are managed appropriately.
  11. Lead and organize group activities from arrival to departures and billings.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience in front office or hospitality management of at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Knowledge of hotel PMS and front office procedures.
  4. Experience in staff training and performance management.
