Position Overview
The Candidate will be supporting Investment Managers by conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing market trends and data, reviewing due diligence materials and transaction documents, and assisting with property management initiatives.

General Outline of Job Scope
Conduct both primary and secondary research and fact-check data to evaluate various investment opportunities with a focus on physical real estate, real estate fund, real estate debt, and listed real estate companies.
Analyze financial statements, crunch relevant data, perform industry research, and build cash flow models to assess investment potential and risks.
Write investment memos or reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior investment professionals.
Work with the Control Functions and external service providers to prepare management accounts, coordinate audits, and tax filings.
Assist the Investment team with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as required.
General Outline of Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Working proficiency in accounting, being able to understand basic financial accounts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complicated information.
Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Good attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Maximum of 2 years of investment research experience.
