Key Responsibilities
- Lease Management
Manage new leases and renewals for KFC and Pizza Hut outlets across Singapore.
Ensure all lease agreements and terms are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies. - Market & Site Analysis
Conduct market research to support location scouting and site selection.
Analyze market data, rental benchmarks, and demographics to guide decision-making. - Site Evaluation & Reporting
Conduct on-site evaluations and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Recommend suitable sites based on operational needs and commercial viability. - Landlord & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain professional relationships with landlords, property agents, and authorities.
Negotiate fair and commercially sound lease terms for new sites and renewals. - Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams—Operations, Projects, Legal, and Finance—to ensure alignment on new site openings and transitions.
Support smooth coordination and communication between departments. - Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate lease records and tracking systems.
Provide timely updates and reports on lease status, market developments, and potential site opportunities. - Brand Visibility
Identify signage and branding opportunities to enhance visibility at key locations.
Support the team in achieving consistent brand presence across all sites.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in leasing, tenancy management, or property-related roles.
Experience in retail or F&B environments is preferred.
Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with a good understanding of leasing terms and basic P&L.
Well-organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Collaborative and professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
