We are supported by RMG’s wide network of family medicine clinics and tertiary care private hospital, Raffles Hospital, to provide fully integrated and coordinated healthcare for our policy owners.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To liaise and follow up with clients, sales team, and intermediaries on issues relating to claims with the aim of obtaining adequate information for Assessors to make a timely decision on claims outcome.
2. Manage and respond to email enquiries raised by clients in a timely manner.
3. Ensure email enquiries from clients are well managed and followed up.
4. Manage the Statement of Account from hospitals.
5. Identify processes that have room for improvements and streamline processes to improve operation efficiency.
6. Initiate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to seek enhancement of existing systems.
7. Keep track of agreed timelines/milestones and ensure that these are properly met.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
2. Has some knowledge of the claims policy processes.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills; experience/exposure to customer service is advantageous.
4. Meticulous and attentive to details, able to work independently and follow through to meet tight timelines.
5. Team player, fast learner, and willing to contribute to a dynamic working environment.
