We are looking for the following position:

Radio Frequency Test Engineer

Job Responsibility:

• Conduct testing for mobile coverage.
• Perform RF condition analysis (3G, LTE) for call drop, call quality, pilot pollution, etc.
• Basic knowledge of 5G.
• Confidently present in front of clients.
• Conduct mobile test phone monitoring during drive tests.
• Track and report daily work progress to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
• Lead report preparation and provide recommendations on poor RF conditions to the end client.
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
• At least 1 year of related work experience for degree holders / 3 years of related work experience for diploma holders. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to assess quantity and quality of work.
• Possess good leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess supervisory skills to coach and motivate staff.
• Able to work in a team.
