The HRIS Manager will oversee the administration and enhancement of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) (Workday). The role involves ensuring the accuracy, security, and functionality of HR data, optimizing HR processes, and providing user support and training. The HRIS Manager will also play a critical role in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HR operations, contributing to the University’s mission and strategic goals.
