Education/Experience:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a similar technical discipline, majoring in materials, chemistry, physics, electronics, or a similar field.
Required Skills/Competencies:
Experience with photovoltaics is preferred.
Some experience working in a chemical/material/semiconductor laboratory.
Basic understanding of materials science, semiconductor device physics, and chemistry.
Ability to handle complex data, analyze, and communicate results effectively.
Ability to coordinate activities between various engineering and operations teams. Good verbal and written communication skills.
