R&D/Food Technologist (Isotonic Drink/Beverage)

Job Description

• Basic up to $4,500 + AWS + VB 2 Months

• 21 Days AL

• Working Location - Tuas Link, less than 5 mins walk from MRT

• Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and lead product development from concept, trial to commercialisation in line with overall strategic direction and objectives.

• Identify room for improvements on existing products, ingredients and processes.

• Manage and timely deliver assigned projects.

• Lead and conduct trial runs/commercial runs/trouble-shooting.

• Proficient knowledge on food regulations and compliance.

• Work closely with product leaders, project manager, and specialists on planning, carrying out, and following up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation of products/processes at Pilot Plant.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science / Technology / Chemistry / Nutrition or equivalent.

• Min. 2 years of experience in F&B industry, R&D.
