R&D Executive (Food Manufacturing/West) JM50

Job Description:

1. Lead the research and development of new dairy products, including formulation, testing, and scale-up processes.
2. Analyze and enhance existing products for taste, texture, shelf-life, and nutritional content.
3. Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety and quality regulations, including labeling and nutritional guidelines.
4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for new product development.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches.
6. Oversee the unstuffing of incoming cargo for urgent usage, ensuring timely availability of materials.
7. Ensure that trial samples meet the required specifications of customers before proceeding with production.
8. Verify that raw material test results are available and meet specifications prior to production.
9. Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and processes, and prepare reports for management review.
10. Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies in dairy processing and product development.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in R&D within the food or dairy industry (3+ years preferred).
3. Strong understanding of dairy processing techniques and product formulation.
