Our client is a European MNC dealing with Geotechnical Instrumentation & Site Investigation. They urgently require:

QUANTITY SURVEYORS x2

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare technical and commercial proposals during the tender stage including bills of quantities, material quantity, and taking off quantities.
2. Attend site show rounds, site visits, and tender briefings; seek clarifications with respective client/consultant if any.
3. Study details and discuss with management; attend tender interviews including method statements, technical proposal presentations, and tender clarifications.
4. Manpower and resources budgeting, monthly monitoring, review, and update.
5. Prepare pricing of bills of quantity and re-measurement works.
6. Assist in establishing a client's requirements and coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
2. 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or geotechnical engineering work.
3. Familiarity with PSSCOC will be an advantage.
4. Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player, and able to meet tight timelines.
6. Excellent communication skills, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
7. Computer literate and tech-savvy (MS Office, Google, One Drive, Email, etc.).
