Quantity Surveyor (Tender Bid/Construction) – Up to $5,500

• Position: Quantity Surveyor (Tender Bid/Construction) – Up to $5,500
• Location: Changi South
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Performance Bonus + Transport Reimbursable + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Tender Bid
• Post Award Documents Preparation
• Carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for suppliers and subcontractors, collate price comparison and costing summary
• Prepare interim valuation pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flow
• Assist in the settlement of the project final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors
• Attend meetings on site and with consultants
• Do Project Budget and analyse the cash flow of the project
• Other duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or other related field; with 1-3 years of working experience in Building and Construction industry.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak Mandarin.
