Our client is seeking suitable candidates to join them as a QS specialized in Electrical or PSG.

Responsibilities

1. From tender to pre-contract, post contract administration for M&E disciplines.
2. Quantity take-off and prepare BOQ.
3. Prepare progress claim.
4. Evaluate progress claim of subcontractors.
5. Report cost evaluation for variation order to manager.
6. Advise, negotiate and resolve contract disputes and claims with client/subcontractors/consultants.

Requirements

1. With at least 3 years’ working experience in M&E Quantity Surveying in main contractor or M&E subcontractor or QS consultancy.
2. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
