Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (ID8177)

Location: Kranji, Singapore

Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8am -5:30pm

Salary: $2700 - $3300

Job Description:

• Supporting and reporting to Director and Asst. QS Manager
• Performing the full spectrum of duties required of a quantity surveyor
• Managing all contracts/sub-contracts activities including meeting project budget, ensuring profitability, adhering to terms and conditions of the contract/sub-contract, and scheduling procurement activities to meet project deadlines.
• Overseeing, leading, and managing the QS team for the overall direction, coordination, and execution of projects from tender development to construction completion.
• Overseeing, leading, and managing the purchase team for the overall direction, development, and completion of the project.

• Expected salary: $2,700 - $3,300 per month
