JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Quantity Surveying and contracts administration for Facilities Maintenance & Building maintenance services. To provide support of maintenance and project works function.
• Involve in preparation of contracts to award to vendors and sub-contractors.
• Prepare and submit claims for completed works upon receiving work completion reports.
• Manage progress claims and other claims from vendors and sub-contractors.
• Liaise with client and client’s representative on work progress, claims, and KPI.
• Track, record, and update on breakdown of claims, variations claims, or omissions.
• Manage payments and claims via company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Involve in managing contract variations, valuations, and final accounts. Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and correspondence.
• Any other ad hoc tasks relating to contracts from time to time by the Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant qualifications in related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant Singapore experience in QS field, with a focus on M&E services. Preferably with FM / IFM exposure. Candidates with project-side QS experience or building construction (with exposure to M&E) are welcome to apply.
• Good command of spoken & written English.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Email), and any other related software.
• Ability to manage vendors and sub-contractors.
• Meticulous, independent, and innovative.
Need to have Singapore QS Experience!
Construction QS (M&E/ Building / A&A / R&R) experience welcome to apply.
