Involve in pre and post contracts management process. Responsibilities shall include the following:
Assist in preparation and calling of tender, conducting site showround, evaluation and recommendation of tenders to Clients.
Assist in drafting and preparing of contractual and costing matter ensuring compliance with relevant laws
Liaise and coordinate with contracts, vendors, clients, users, project and operation teams and consultants on the contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.
Manage contracts including verifying the progress and variation payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.
Manage and prepare contract documentations and agreements, as well as to provide support and assist in drafting of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements
Time to time assist toreview and implement contract administration procedures and policies.
Require to interpret drawings and specifications to perform quantity take-off if needed.
Perform on contractual matters, tendering and procurement procedures (e.g. Contracts, cost control, cash flow, project budgeting, administrations, claims and cost analysis)
Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims
Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in work and adjust budget projections accordingly
Prepare and finalization of main and subcontracts
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent (recognized by SISV will be preferred)
minimum 1- 2 years of experience in Building Facilities Maintenance, QS and A&A works related Contract Management (those who have greater work experience will consider a Senior/ Assistant Manager role)
