Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents for carpentry and furniture projects.
• Conduct site measurements, material take-offs, and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and progress claims.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying for commercial, carpentry, or furniture projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in cost management.
