Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Measure and take off quantities from plans/drawings based on specifications, prepare and submit quotations and source suppliers/subcontractors (if necessary).
2. Prepare and submit necessary bidding requirements.
3. Work, liaise, and coordinate closely with the Site team, Client, subcontractors, and suppliers.
4. Review the terms and conditions of the Sub-contract agreement.
5. Pre-contracts, In-contracts & Post-contracts administrations.
6. Issue job sheets & DOs and take-off quantities of work done.
7. Take part in the planning & schedule, monitor, and keep records of works and the progress of jobs done.
8. Prepare and follow-up monthly progress claims in a timely manner and analyze variations.
9. Evaluate and certify subcon progress payments and supplier billing.
10. Assist the WSHC in Safety documents preparation.
11. Other Ad-Hoc duties as required by Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Landscape & Construction related or Equivalent.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
3. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD 2D.
4. Horticulture or Arborist certificate is an advantage but not required.
5. Able to read Construction Drawings & documents and take off quantities.
