Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission for all kinds of project especially R&R, A&A and Paints projects
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
Carry out site measurement
Evaluation and certification of sub-contractor’s progress payments
Other quantity surveying related duties
Manage Pre-Tender to post contract stages.
Responsible for contract documentation.
Attend meeting and assists Project Manager in contract matters.
Preparation of monthly progress claim to client and submit claim for variation works.
Closing of final account for projects.
Liaise and establish support with Clients, Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Developers and Contractors on certificate of claims for payments.
Ensure timely and justifiable certification of payments from clients.
Keep track of progress claim status and Accounts Receivable.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building construction or other relevant discipline
At least 5 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects and/or building variation works.
A proven track record of successful project implementation in construction industry
Proficiency in understanding construction technical drawings.
