Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and submission of tender quotations and ensure timelines are met for every tender.
• Quantity take-off for all the tenders, in the form of manual measurement and update the amendment changes of the tender.
• During tender stages, sourcing of quotations for rates and technical data as project requirements vary.
• Arrange and carry out tender interviews, negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors, including preparation of sub-contract agreements / letters of award.
• Monitor progress claims and payments, sub-contractors' payments, certification, VO submission, and final accounts.
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in QS works in a Singapore construction firm.
• Proficient in MS Office and other measurement software.
