Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for all aspects of quantity surveying work, including tendering, quantity take-off, budget management, price comparison, preparation of contracts/PO for subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers, sourcing of new suppliers, and procurement.
2. Responsible for follow-ups on claims, certifications, variation orders, and settlement of final accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Responsible for the preparation of warranties and the submission of operation manuals and as-built drawings from subcontractors to clients.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience with building contracts.
3. Possess initiative and be able to work independently.
4. Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
