Quantity Surveyor

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor:

Job Responsibilities

1. Source and compare quotations, preparing comprehensive cost analyses and summaries.
2. Prepare project costings and tender documents.
3. Collaborate with project teams on variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
4. Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors regarding project cost issues.
5. Oversee document control processes and manage QS reporting.
6. Conduct risk management, cost analysis, and tender evaluations.
7. Negotiate contracts effectively and manage internal budget controls.
8. Provide advice on cost limits, budgets, and procurement strategies.
9. Assess contractors' claims and advise on contractual disputes.
10. Undertake cost analysis for construction works to ensure optimal cost efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
3. Proficiency in quantity take-off, cost control, progress claims, and contract administration.
4. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Information:

1. Salary: SGD 3,000 + AWS + VB (1 - 2 Months)
2. Working Location: Sembawang
3. Working days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
