Quantity Surveyor

CPG's Quantity Surveying teams are actively involved in the structuring of procurement management policies, procedures, the best tendering practices, tender evaluation procedures, and cost control measures. Our quantity surveyors are well versed with the various standard conditions of contracts used in projects. Apart from providing project cost and financial controls, our quantity surveyors are often called upon to support the project team with value engineering solutions and to offer advice to clients on contractual issues arising from changes in the contract's scope.

Qualifications

You are an excellent communicator. You should have at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building/Construction Management or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of prior working experience in a consultancy firm handling large scale projects with knowledge in reviewing contracts.
