Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims & progress payments, VO & finalization of accounts
2. Research for materials/ furniture/ product costs
3. Cost estimation
4. Manage all project cost control from initial calculations to final figures
5. Handle quotation and pricing with contractors
6. Evaluating Contractor’s proposal and specifications
7. Minimize project cost while achieving required standards and quality

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree/ diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Building
2. Fluent written and spoken English required
3. Min 3 years working experience in Singapore, preferably with interior fitting-out work
4. Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word
6. Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
