Conduct general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost, and tender administrative duties, as well as material inquiries and procurement.
Prepare and monitor tender documents, contracts, budgets, claims, bills of quantities, and site-related documentation.
Prepare the material schedule and cost analysis.
Monitor the site progress and confirm sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers’ obligations.
Provide AutoCAD and BIM support in the form of sketches, shop drawings, or construction drawings.
Perform any other administrative jobs and duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Experience as a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
