What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and analyse detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects

4. Provide expert advice on contractual and commercial matters to project teams
5. Assist with the preparation of tender documents and bids
6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve project objectives

What we're looking for

1. Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
3. Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project control techniques
4. Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools for cost estimation, budgeting, and reporting
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
7. Familiarity with the local construction industry regulations and standards
