Quality Surveyor (LTA/Contruction) (Taiseng) (5 days/ office hrs)

Location: Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT
Eligibility: Singaporean/SPR only

Responsibilities

• Identify and prepare tenders; attend site showrounds; evaluate and recommend suppliers/sub-contractors
• Coordinate with suppliers/sub-contractors to plan tasks, estimate costs, and meet project requirements
• Draft and manage sub-contractor BOQs, contracts, and schedules
• Monitor and measure sub-contractor work; assist QS in valuations and certifications
• Track project budgets, costs, and implement cost control measures
• Handle contract administration: variations, contractual claims, final accounts
• Conduct supplier/sub-contractor reviews; attend required meetings
• Source quotations and perform market research for suppliers/sub-contractors
• Ensure drawings and designs meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD/Microstation/Revit experience is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying
• Construction industry or track work experience is an advantage
