Specifications for PART21G Certification support:
The project described hereafter aims at obtaining PART21G certification for the SEP Singapore site having production activities under PART21G and repair activities under PART145.
The deliverables of the role:
- Obtain PART21G certification for the production and repair site.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the PART21G standard for quality management systems.
- Improve production and repair processes to achieve a high level of quality.
- Content of activities to be performed
A. Initial Diagnosis
1. Analysis of the Existing:
- Contribute to the initial audit to assess the current status of the quality management system (QMS).
- Identify gaps between the current status and the requirements of the PART21G standard
- Inventory of documents, processes, and practices in place.
2. Diagnostic Report:
- Provide a detailed report of strengths and weaknesses
- List of identified gaps with an assessment of their criticality
- Initial recommendations to close the gaps.
B. Scenario Development
1. Proposal of Convergence Scenarios:
- Development of several scenarios to align the QMS with the requirements of the PART21G standard.
- Each scenario will include detailed actions, necessary resources and a provisional schedule.
2. Scenario Validation:
- Assessment of the feasibility of each scenario in collaboration with our local teams.
- Organization of validation meetings with stakeholders to select the optimal scenario.
C. Action Implementation
1. Action Plan:
- Breakdown of the chosen scenario into specific and sequential actions.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and effectiveness of the actions.
2. Training and Awareness:
- Training of staff on new procedures and practices.
- Awareness sessions on the PART21G standard and its importance.
3. Project Management and implementation of governance rituals:
- Monitoring and coordination of the implementation of actions.
- Implementation of process reviews, management review, process performance management rituals
- Adjustment of actions based on feedback from the field and performance assessments.
D. Document Writing
1. Creation and Update of Documents:
- Drafting of new QMS documents compliant with the PART21G standard.
- Update of existing documents to align with the requirements of the standard.
2. Validation of Documents:
- Internal validation of documents by the managers of each department.
- Ensure that all documents meet the criteria of the standard and are ready for the certification audit.
3. Training in the Use of Documents:
- Training of staff on the use and implementation of the new documents.

- Experience and Expertise of the Service Provider: Specialization in PART21G certifications and the aeronautical field
- Proposed Methodology: Ability to follow the phases described in a structured and efficient manner.
- Quality of References and Previous Results: History of success in similar projects

Note: This is a contract role of 3 months with the option to extend for another 3 months to support the PART21G Certification.
