QUALITY MANAGER

About the role

As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across all construction projects undertaken by China Railway First Group Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch. Based in the Macpherson Central Region, this full-time position will see you overseeing the quality assurance and control processes to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality management systems to meet project requirements and industry standards
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues
• Liaising with project teams to provide guidance and support on quality-related matters
• Analysing quality data and preparing detailed reports for management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes and industry best practices
• Providing training and mentoring to quality assurance personnel

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a quality management role in trackwork is a MUST
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality assurance and control programmes
• Strong working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Certified Quality Manager
