Quality Management Executive / Senior Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management Executive or Senior Executive to join our team at Singapore Medical Group Limited in our Toa Payoh office. This is a full-time role, responsible for ensuring the highest quality and safety standards across our medical operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing, implementing and monitoring quality assurance and quality control processes
2. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality or compliance issues
3. Analysing data, generating reports and making recommendations to improve quality and efficiency
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards and best practices
6. Providing training and guidance to team members on quality management principles
7. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support quality objectives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management or a related field, ideally within the healthcare or medical services industry
2. Strong working knowledge of quality assurance and control methodologies, as well as relevant industry regulations and standards
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues
4. Proficient in data analysis, report writing and presentation skills
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
7. Relevant tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
