Quality Lab Support Coordinator

Working hours/arrangement: 8am to 5pm

Location: Tuas South Avenue 6, but he/she will need to support other Tuas sites as necessary

• Normal working hours, no OT

Contract Duration: 6 months contract with no renewal option as this is project-based

Work scope: Perform receive, archive, retrieve, and dispose of retention samples, as well as support laboratory supplies stock check, receiving, stock arrangement, and disposal as necessary

Reporting to: He or she will report to the Quality Control Manager

Must-have requirements:

• At least O Level qualification and good communication skills in English
• Proficient handwriting and computer literacy
• Able to work independently and escalate any issues if needed
• Able to move heavy boxes up to 15kg / use a heavy ladder for work to transfer samples/stock checking, etc.
