Quality Inspector

Job Duties:

1. Perform in-process inspection for CNC plastics, CNC metallic, and elastomers products as required in a timely manner and complete inspection records.
2. Perform final inspection for CNC plastics, CNC metallic, and elastomers products as required in a timely manner and complete inspection reports in M3.
3. Perform outgoing inspection for CNC plastics, CNC metallic, and elastomers products as required in a timely manner and complete inspection reports based on customer's requirements.
4. Perform outgoing inspection for traded products as required in a timely manner and complete inspection reports based on customer's requirements.
5. Support engineering for first article (FA) inspection of CNC plastics, CNC metallic, and elastomers products and create and submit inspection reports.
6. Support engineering for inspection regarding day-to-day quality defects troubleshooting.
7. Raise internal deviation report (IDR) for daily inspection fallout and follow up with engineering's disposition to close out the actions required in the IDR.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Nitec in any field or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in QA/QC/manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in Oil & Gas and rubber manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
3. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in dimensional and hardness inspections in the Oil & Gas Industry.
4. Able to read part drawings; usage of measuring equipment, CMM with programming is an added advantage.
5. Carry out quality inspection using various inspection tools like CMM, height gauge, profile projector, micrometer, etc., with minimum supervision.
