To be the focal point for all questions related to Quality internally and externally.
Responsibility for leading the organization in developing and maintaining a Quality Framework (Management System) which satisfies the requirements of AS9100, Aviation Authorities and all customer specific requirements.
Assist operational teams of organization to know and apply their applicable Management System.
Prepare and assist EN / ISO certification launched in 2022 for a certification in 2023.
Establish the audit plan and coordinate audits with the support of Group interco Quality dept if needed.
Prepare and answer the Customer evaluation questionnaires to include in the customers assessed suppliers base.
Support Field Support teams in their activity and ensure regulatory requirements are met during their operations especially for SB/AD implementation at Airlines.
Overall Export Control mission
Responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable export regulations national and international regulations concerning the exports of sensitive technologies, war materials, sanctions / embargoes, and the company’s internal policies and processes.
Evaluate the risks to implement and monitor the associated action plan.
Alert the Empowered Official (EO) and Export Control Officer (ECO) of any non-compliance, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Identify the classification of goods and technologies procured and/or produced.
Ensure the follow-up of product classification shown in the ERP.
Process and assist internal users in their requests for information, authorizations or export licenses from all authorities, whether national or not.
Coordinate and lead the processes related to export control with other company's BUs.
Set up the archiving of documents related to the export control.
Raise awareness, train and communicate by conducting awareness sessions to the company's staff.
Control the compliance of operations.
Ensure compliance of exports with the terms and conditions of export authorizations and licenses granted by the authorities and with the company internal export control policies and processes.
Provide regular reports / indicators on the company's export control activities and issues.
Ensure that compliance commitments from and towards partners (customers, service providers, etc.) are signed and comply with the applicable regulations.
Monitor the application of all procedures, instructions and the Internal Compliance Program (ICP).
By delegation of the company Trade Compliance Officer (TCO), ensure that the Trade Compliance Program and organization are properly deployed in the Company or BU.
Send monthly Items of Interest to the TCO, highlighting all tasks performed, and any other information of interest.
Provide appropriate Trade Compliance information and assistance to the staff, and transfer to the TCO any specific advice request, as necessary.
Deploy the trade compliance information / communication material.
List all staff to receive training on Trade Compliance, whether through in-situ trainings or e-learning.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in the aerospace or related industry field.
Experience in Audit for at least two years and Quality for about 5 years.
Good knowledge of EN / ISO norms.
Good knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations.
Good understanding and knowledge of Process management.
