Quality Inspection Supervisor
5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of machine inspectors.
• Set and ensure team KPIs are met and executed effectively.
• Plan and schedule manpower deployment, including monitoring overtime work.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on in-house claim findings.
• Oversee team performance, conducting regular training and briefings.
• Review machine document check sheets, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Verify and prepare all documents before machine packing.

Requirements:

• Experience in precision engineering/manufacturing industry.
• Able to lead a team of QC inspectors.
• Familiar with inspection tools and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
