Quality Control Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Directly responsible for QA/QC activities and lead the QC team.
2. Develop and maintain accurate QC laboratory to support business operation.
3. Lead the implementation of Food Safety and Feed Safety systems, including HACCP, GMP, and internal audit processes.
4. Collaborate with the business team to address quality issues and manage customer-related concerns.
5. Develop QA/QC training materials to ensure the team has the necessary expertise nationwide.
6. Build and optimize QA/QC resources across both factories to prevent operational disruptions and maintain a robust organizational talent pipeline.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical.
2. 3 years of experience in Quality management, preferably within the Food or Pharmaceutical Industry.
3. Demonstrated expertise in implementing Food Safety Management Systems, such as FSSC 22000, BRC, or SQF.
4. Possess technical knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and QC laboratory operations management.
