Quality Control (Module) Technician

Your Mission
This position is responsible for quality control of parts, modules, and subparts. In addition, this position will be responsible for quality improvement for vehicle quality, including 3D measurement.

What To Expect

• Inspection according to the inspection cycle of each part class
• Defects discovered during the warehousing inspection of raw materials and subsidiary materials delivered or purchased from the outside and defect management work generated in the assembly line.
• Manage claims handling of issues attributable to suppliers, correction costs of problems attributable to suppliers, and line suspension costs
• Reduction of vehicle main material cost
• Inspection, problem analysis, and improvement activities of modules and subparts
• Conduct quality monitoring and improvement activities in the module assembly process
• Joint analysis of finished vehicle quality problems, establishment of improvement plans, and evaluation of effectiveness
• Confirmation and improvement of the conformity of the module assembly process quality system
• 3D measuring of modules and subparts and analysis

What You'll Bring

• 3 to 6 years of experience in quality control will be preferred
• Experience in the automotive industry will be beneficial
• Knowledge in Quality System, Inspection and Production Process will be beneficial
• Experience in 3D measuring and equipment management will be beneficial\
• Proficiency in MS Office, Quality Tools will be beneficial
