Partner with the best

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will provide support on quality inspection on machine parts and tools during assemblies and sub-assemblies. You and your team members will ensure all parts and tools are inspected thoroughly to meet the company’s expectations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and optimizing programs for Carl Zeiss CMM machines, ensuring accurate measurements and inspections.
• Conducting thorough inspections of components using CMM machine, adhering to GD&T standards.
• Interpreting and analyzing engineering drawings to determine inspection requirements and tolerance.
• Recording and maintaining detailed inspection report/data, generating CMM inspection reports as required.
• Identifying and resolving issues with measurement processes or measuring equipment.
• Working closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to address Quality concerns and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Have a diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education.
• Have at least 5 years of Quality Inspection experience on machine parts.
• Have the ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Have performed various inspections and testing (e.g. Visual, Dimensional, Hardness Test, CMM, NDT, Shear Test).
• Have good experience on CMM Machine.
• Have experience working with metrology hand tools and gauges.
• Be detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Have demonstrated a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems.
