PURPOSE OF JOB

You will participate in the product inspection and testing to support the manufacturing or assembly of medical devices. You will adhere to quality and safety practices.

JOB FUNCTION

• To perform inspection and test of product called out in Quality Assurance Specification within the set output rate, cost and quality standard, safety targets and contributes in the continuous improvement effort of the team.
• Prepares and initiates non-conforming report and notify Quality Engineer on any non-conformances detected during inspection.
• Responsible for recording of inspection and other test results.
• Multi-skilled in respective inspection and test stations.
• Provides peer coaching to trainee on the inspection and test station process.

INTERACTION

• Internal communication with all levels of associates.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Preferred Secondary Education or minimum primary education preferably with credits in English or certification in Best English Module 1 to 3.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Able to perform Morning and Afternoon Shift
