Quality Assurance Manager - Halal Products

Job Description:

The role of Senior Executive / Senior Executive is to conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with halal certification standards for non-consumable products. This position will also support the development, implementation, and monitoring of new halal certification standards and processes for emerging product categories.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Tertiary education in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certification in auditing or quality management preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing, with demonstrated expertise in conducting on-site audits and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of food safety management and/or halal certification processes, Islamic dietary laws, and ability to learn about new product categories and technologies.
