We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager with a minimum experience of 5 years, including prior work within the government sector, to join our dynamic team in the automotive servicing industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that all automotive repairs, maintenance, and services in various workshops meet the highest standards of quality and safety within the organization and that all quality processes, products, and services meet established internal standards and ISO certification standards. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the service processes, conducting and preparing for audits, inspections, investigating quality issues or customer feedback, and collaborating with the team to ensure that customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and to specification.
At least 5 years of experience in a management role in managing quality in workplaces, with 2 years of experience in automotive servicing, repair, or maintenance. Prior experience within the government sector will be an advantage.
