Ensure that all services offered through the centres meet or exceed internal and quality assurance guidelines.
Conduct audits on regulatory compliances, internal processes, procedures and potential high-risk non-compliances areas as per Regulatory Standards.
Involved in initiatives to implement quality measures to raise the standard of early childhood care and education in child care centres.
Ensure centres’ adherence and conformity to corporate identity and guidelines.
Ensure the team provides a safe and nurturing environment for children that encourages their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
Escalate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.
Licensing and SPARK Certification:
Familiar with ECDC Act.
Familiar with SPARK QRS-U.
Ensure that the centres adhere to and comply with the regulatory standards.
Develop action plans to meet Licensing & SPARKS criteria.
Policies and Procedures:
Oversee, track, and monitor centre’s corrective action responses, ensuring that centre’s principals, supervisors, and staff follow through on all corrective action plans and review the effectiveness of such responses.
Motivate the team to achieve operational effectiveness, ensuring ongoing organisational capabilities without compromising quality standards.
Requirements:
Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or related discipline.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of quality/compliance management as well as regulations and standards in Early Childhood.
Experience with quality improvement systems.
Aptitude for reviewing data, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
