Responsibilities:
Quality Management: Support quality control and assurance functions, ensuring high standards.
Team Leadership: Assist in leading and mentoring the quality team for a productive work environment.
Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and enhance quality frameworks and procedures.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations (SFA, FSSC 22000, HACCP) and company policies.
Problem-Solving: Support production in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues.
Audit & Reporting: Lead internal/external quality audits and prepare performance reports for management.
Training: Conduct food safety and HACCP training for factory employees.
Requirements:
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with SFA, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations in Singapore.
Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in a similar food manufacturing/production setting.
Education & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Technology, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in the food industry.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and independent.
