Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to create, develop, maintain and continuously improve the production line quality management system to build a quality culture in the factory. He/She has to ensure products manufactured by the factory conform to Nestlé's release requirements.

A day in the life of...

• People and know-how: Promote quality awareness across the company, contribute to the development of competence of lab technicians and lead and motivate the team in the achievement of their objectives.
• Quality System: Participate in maintaining the Food Safety Management System and timely update of relevant procedures such as QMS, HACCP.
• Quality Assurance & Production Line Control: Ensure line control by QA personnel is carried out according to QMS and Nestlé instructions. Assist in troubleshooting, investigation, and hygiene improvement of the plant.
• Compliance: Maintain full compliance of finished products produced and ensure compliance with all relevant technical instructions.
• QM GLOBE SAP Support: Ensure correct setup and smooth transaction in QM - SAP.
• NCE/TPM: Support the continuous improvement activities NCE and TPM activities such as tagging, centerlining, and coaching shop floor.

What will make you successful

Academic Experience:

• University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry, or food science)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience for experienced individuals
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Operational Experience:

• Demonstrated capability to lead a group e.g: Group leader in a factory: Deputy QA, Quality Systems, Hygienist
• Working experience with SAP
• Knowledge in FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 will be an added advantage
