Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure product and process excellence.
• Oversee daily quality control activities and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enforce quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and ability to implement quality system requirements.
• Proficiency in quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management software and technical documentation.
• Experience leading quality control initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
