Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program in line with national and international healthcare standards.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of quality and patient safety.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in healthcare quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degrees (MSc, PhD, MBA) are advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in quality assurance within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
