Quality Assurance Assistant Engineer

The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to handle multiple QA related functions partially/fully dependent on the job assignment. The candidate will work with cross department and cross operation sites for daily operations support and improve the company’s best practices from quality standpoint. The candidate responsibilities may include (but not limited) to below listed functions

Responsibility:

1. Responsible to manage customer return goods and logistics operations such as physical receiving, stocktaking etc

2. Assist in documentation and paperwork of customer return goods

3. To implement document modification, co-sign and distribution in controlled and standard procedure.

4. Document application and Confidential Control (Internal and External Documents management)

5. Perform regular customer indices reporting and analysis.

6. Support fab operation routine construction analysis to meet customer requirements

Requirement:

• Minimum High School/ Vocational or diploma in engineering (ex. electronics, material science, chemistry, physics)

• Basic Microsoft office skills (ie Excel)

• Physically fit to handle unpacking of customer return goods

• To maintain work area clean and organized to facilitate stock taking and traceability.

• Self-motivated team player who is result oriented and work independently

• Security and safety oriented
