Get to Know the Role

This role involves assisting engineers with daily quality assurance (QA) tasks, compiling shipment reports and judgment data, handling various data requests, supporting new machine and project data reviews, and performing ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Assist engineers in daily QA routine jobs.
2. Compilation of shipment report and shipment judgement data.
3. Assist the engineers in various types of data compilation requests.
4. Support new machine and new project data compilation and review.
5. Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor / manager.

Skills and Competencies Profile

1. Minimum NITEC in any engineering field, or ‘O’ level with experience.
2. Good command of English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Able to work overtime if required.
5. 1 – 2 years’ experience is preferred.
